Management stuff always change. One promise you this, and leave, and the next one tell you totally different thing.
The outside door lock was took off by somebody, and was not put on in two months, probably even longer. We do not know because we are lucky to move out.
They will take your deposit without telling you that you do not clean your apartment enough when you move out. That probably means that nobody will get deposit back.
Security is very bad. Always hear gun shot at night, and policemen come to apartment at night almost every week.
Very bad management.
