There's not too many positive things I have to say about this place. The floor plan is spacious, but I would gladly live in a shed if I could get out of my lease. The parking is atrocious; people park illegally all the time and there are never enough spots that are close to your apartment. It's supposed to be gated off after 7:00 at night. When I moved in in NOVEMBER (now April) they said someone had just hit it and they were fixing the gate and I doubt I will ever see it work. Slow doesn't even begin to describe the maintenance there-it took them a month to fix a pipe leaking in my bathroom-it wasn't until my ceiling actually started to bulge with water that they came over. You have to pay to get a key to the work out room b/c this will supposedly keep out the kids who come in and break everything. Yeah, that's working out well-most of the tenants don't lock it when they leave, or parents just let their kids in. The facility only has 2 treadmills and elipitcals to begin with and only one functioning of each (these have also been broken since shortly after I moved in). But the biggest problems have to be noise and safety. The noise was okay in the winter, but now that it's warming up people are outside yelling and screaming at eachother all the time. Also, since I've lived there I've been awoken by shots being fired very closely 3 times and the cops are always there for one reason or another. I paid extra to have a balcony, but I don't even feel safe sitting out there on nice nights. I'm currently trying to figure out if I can leave my lease without penalty, but even if I have to pay to get out I will!!! DO NOT make the same mistake I did-this place is horrible!
