Terrible

The only reason I stayed as long as I did was because they messed up my lease and I couldn't move when it ended. Contrary to what some people said, I found the maintenance to be good, once they got the orders (i.e. everthing was eventually fixed). Everything else was terrible. Management was horrible, I often had to go to the office several times to get anything done. When I first moved in, my apartment constantly flooded, by constantly, I mean at least once a week. After putting up with this for five months, they finally moved me to a new apartment, but the damage to my bedroom furniture was already done. At this point, they made me sign a new lease, which ended up being why I continued to live here for the time I did. Parking is ridiculous. They have carports, but they do not know who actually pays for them, so they could not rent out carports to people who wanted them. They have been doing an "audit" to fix this problem for the last four months. There is never anywhere close to your apartment to park. People break security doors and nothing is done about it. And the "gated" part is a blatant lie. The gate has been working properly for a total of maybe 5 days for the entire two years that I have lived here. If you want to live in a loud, crowded apartment complex where nothing ever works and the management could care less, this is the perfect place for you. I'm elated that I will not be living here much longer.
