They charge water/gas by your square footage, number of residents in your unit and the total usage of the building's water and gas. This number is then spread out between all the units in the building. So, if your neighbor uses 50,000 gallons of water and you use 300, you are paying for way too #$*&()* much. There are mice. There are larger rodents living in the ceiling and around the dumpsters. Faucets have been "fixed" but still leak. Carpet was said to have been cleaned twice, not done. Windows broken. Residents smoke in hallways, vandalize and leave trash there, but nothing is done. The heating unit had a fire before we moved in and still looks that way. The dishwasher cleans 1/2 of the dishes leaving residue and dirt on the other half. Neighbors are also rediculously loud and let their children play in the hallways. Did I mention that you will pay for gas that you did not use. We have complained about all of this and nothing has been done.

Other fun stuff. There is an ambulance and fire truck weekly, almost predictable. Drunken fights at 3am and people rip the door frames off so they don't lock sure makes for a safe environment. The laundry room is in the basement, two of the four machines work, costs $2.50 per load, sometimes doesn't dry (about a 25% chance still wet) and it has never been cleaned.

I guess I am going to have to disagree with everyone who responded. Waterstone has a lot of potential...True the management has changed quite a bit, however, management and maintenance cannot control the graffit, the triffaling people along with their bad children...I feel that they are really trying and should be given a fair chance. Personally, I enjoy the staff, they all seem to be friendly along with trying to keep the property in order and nicely maintained. As far as my maintenance requests...they have all gotten answered within a 24 hour span. So I salute you Waterstone and encourage you to continue to keep up the good work...
