I never lived in the projects but after living here I have a good idea what it is like RUN RUN THE HELL AWAY FROM HERE

We moved to Waterstone thinking it was luxurious living, hahaha yeah right, more like ghetto living to me. The manager is a total b.... and thats being nice. My apartment had water leaks which they never fixed. The laundry facilities suck only one washer for about 7 apartments and usually its being used. PARKING SUCKS BIG TIME you better not even move ur car after 5:00 pm cause you wont find any parking. The people in the office dont know what the f...k is going on its a guessing game with them. The F....king manager loves to send out evictions notices on the 2nd day of the month even though you have till the 5th. I tried to ask the manager to explain the leased to me and she repeatly told me she didnt have time for that, she asked if i didnt know how to read SHE IS A FAT PIG F...K U STUPID B...CH. STAY AWAY IT HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE SINCE THE BEGGING

It's not the apartments, it is the stupid worthless managemtn company, that hires back employees that were fired for sexual harrassment, and then hires them back, and is given a job, what does that tell you. Very worthess.
