Very dirty, too much noise and poorly maintain.

I can't wait for my lease to end, the carpet in those building are old and very very dirty, maintenance is slow to respond to request, pool is open once every 2 year but i wouldn't recommend you to take a dip i never seen it being cleaned regulary, late at night there is always some weird crowd listening to music very loudly in in their car, in the middle of every night somebody car alarm is always going off, and wait till they start hoking to call they co-workers at 5 or 6 AM. I can go on and on, trust me, RUN AWAY.
