i HATE this place. i moved here becasue it was closer to family. and reasonable and i got a a student discount . this is not a place for students or young people. all there is is -------- who are stuck up n speak no sign of english alot of crackheads and all they do is drink outside n break bottles i was planning to break my lease n get ou of here. but im KINDA GLAD I DINT BC I DONT WANT IT LOOKING BAD ON ME I CANT KEEP A LEASE OR SOMETHING. the staff is WORTHLESS ADN RUDE. ive had several problems wit my air....my heater...my toilet which they said was our falut or and theyll charge us.. wtf'' i got two babies n dont want this for them im moving bak to shawnee n iff i have to pay at least 700''' i will i learned the hard way!! im just saying BEWARRREEEEEEE... if u speak spanish and have twelve cars n half r expired...then this is the place for u .. and my downstairs neighbors. r gross got roaches and took n a matress tht was outside....now thats a -------...im mexican so dont say im racist..im just mexican american!!!!!!!!!i rather live around a tons of white ppl then these jerks....i threatened to call the cityon them and the manager hung up on me.....im sure if your the manager and reading this im sure u know who i am.. the one who speaks english n ------- alot.. well when u rent out an apartment make sure its READY...oh ya its been 7 months since theve fixed my toilet stil waiting.. its a laundry room now lol..CANT WAIT TO MOVE BACK TO SHAWNEE MY NEW HOME FROM KCK LOL
