I lived here during med school. Can't really beat the price. Its kinda tucked in the back so there is not much traffic in the area. Lilly is great she will take care of your needs. Maintenance comes the same day you have a problem. They really work with you. Its family owned so you really don't put up with a lot of BS. Its really quiet and my neighbors are great. Your safety will never be an issue here. The only issue I have is with the dryers. You have to run them 2 or three times befor your clothes are completely dry. Other than that I have no complaints. I highly recommend this place. You get a lot for your money!!

i'm not sure if you're really supposed to do this here, but i was just wondering, what were you paying in utilities here? really, utility cost is about the only thing that might keep my friend and i from moving here. thanks for your time!

matinence comes the same day. yes. but they stilol dont get the sewage water out your apartment. they say they are taking care of it but it has happened 4 times. and they joe says we are fixing the problem out here but the carpent is your responsibility when it was the main line that clogged.

All apartments are electric - we lived in the third floor so the electric bill in Summer was a little higher. Two of us living in a two-bed apartment - about $25-30 on average - about $70-90 for 4 months in summer. I think that's good because I live in a one bedroom apt right now in a much newer complex and I still run 70 bucks in summer on electricity.
