Disappointment From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/29/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005 2 responses   The staff here is very friendly--until you sign the lease. Then they are totally unhelpful with routine problems and issues that may arise. There are mostly college kids and the stairways get filled with trashbags because there is only one dumpster--and it is not close to the apartments. The workout equipment is usually broken. And unless you get home really early in the evening there will not be a parking spot close to your apartment. The apartment was filthy when I moved in, but they still took my entire deposit to pay for cleaning fees when I left. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
