I have lived here for 3 1/2 years and the complex and staff have steadily declined. Over the last year the management has changed several times, each time becoming less helpful and increasingly rude. In the entire time I have lived here I have never found one of the three hot tubs in working condition. The basketball goal was broken atleast 2 years of my time here. My roommate had a leaking pipe in his bathroom, which ended up causing mold damage inside the bathroom wall. When contacted the management promptly sent someone to rip out the wall, floor, sink, toilet, and vanity. That was on a Thursday morning, I was told that day it would be repaired in 3 days. Which seemed fine however they dont work on the weekend apparently, so it turned into Monday. A week later there was still no floor, no sink, no vanity and the toilet was in the tub. Nearly 2 weeks had passed so I made daily appearences in the office to request the job be finished. After several excuses and 17 days the job was finished.
Finally we come to the pool, which has turned into public pool. Last Sunday our group of 4 (who live at woodview) and around 15 other people we recognized from various buildings around ours we at the pool. When at around 5 oclock the pool was invaded by around 20 screaming children, mothers, and men who piled out of minivans infront of the clubhouse. 6 or 7 of the men scoped out the pool gave the all clear and waved in the rest of the group. Street clothes and all they jumped into the pool, being very rude and disruptive. This is a weekly thing now. They dont live here and management wont do anything about it.
