Wood View Apartments

not too awful but almost From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/17/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   I have lived here for a year and I am moving out the end of this month. this place definitly has its ups and downs. As i was reading other people's reviews how it has declined since they had lived there for 3 years, i have only lived here for one and it has majorly declined to the point of me moving out and my friend down a few buildings moving out as soon as her lease is up. I however, really have never had a problem with maintenance they have gotten things done in an acceptable time. With that said I really haven't had any problems either so that could account for that. The covered parking by my building was out for 5 months or more making parking in front of my building horrible and you couldn't get a spot unless it was 2:00 in the afternoon, so they are very slow. As for the staff I have met no one that didn't hate their job and were mean so look out for that one. For the past 4 months they have been trying to charge me for water, which was not in my lease and for 4 months they have been "fixing it", so they don't take care of their business, so i had to call the water company myself and get stuff handled. I haven't heard of any crime or had bad experiences with safety. Stuff others have been talking about I had no idea. No hot tubs work, the pool is always crowded with hoodlums, the fitness center has crappy equipment, but it works haha, and the tanning bed probably hasn't had a bulb change since its been there. On the up side its a nice place all around good area, ok apts w/ appliances, and they've been kept up good. Everybody has their own experiences with moving in and what not, and i really can't complain too much but my advice is for the price I bet you could find something better. BuLYzGcKAVo8MQPlcXJq
