I have lived in Madison at Woodview community for a few months so far. I love my apartment and the location. It is fairly quiet, nicely kept, and seems very safe. On the other hand, my leasing experience was a pain. This surprised me because I would expect staff to be helpful and friendly while trying to secure a new lease. They actually refused to accept my lease until shortly before I wanted to move in, and by then the monthly rent had increased. The only problems you can expect to encounter here are with the staff.
