looks can be deceiving

I lived here for three years and would only recommend living here if you like lots of hassles.
First of all the office staff is totally out of touch and rude, especially the manager.
Maintenance requests were handled in weeks, not days.
I went for 4 months without being able to use my dishwasher because of some type of wiring problem that the maintenace person didn't seem to know how to fix.
Poor buidling construction ment cracks in floors and windows allowing for all kinds of spiders and other bugs inside.
The building that I lived in was quiet but the people in the apartment across the street had weekly parties on their balcony until 4 and 5 in the morning.
Finally beware about your security deposit when you move out.
They will charge you a $120 carpet cleaning fee even though the carpets had not been vaccumed more or less cleaned when you move in.
I was also charged out of my security deposit$10 because one of the drip pans on the stove had a tiny spot on it, another $10 because the light outside the door was burned out and almost $100 in "painting" costs even though their were no scratches or marks on the walls.
For what you pay in rent per month for these apartments they are not worth it unless you like to pay lots of money for sub-standard conditions and rude and unprofessional management.
