i was having problems with my roommate so we decided to sublease our apartments. it took about a month and a half to find someone but the management totally helped me out! i didn't have to look around. i definately recommend swan management (aberdeen) because of their lienent polices. first management nevered helped my friend when she wanted our of her sublease.
