the swan management will rip off its tenant badly!!! first they trick you with hidden automatic renewal of another 12 months lease with higher rent price. but they release me from the obligation since my lawyer claim the contract has flaws. then after i moved out, the management punish me by changing the whole carpet and bill me for it. they said the whole carpet needed to be replaced which it does not make any sense since the carpet has only slight stain in the end of bathroom door and i don't think change the whole carpet is necessary. plus i didn't make the stain on the carpet it is their maintenance guy did that when he fixed the stuffed up toilet. AVOID AT ALL COST SINCE THEY WILL TRY HARD TO MAKE MONEY BY RIPPING OFF ITS TENANT. JUST READ REVIEWS OF OTHER PEOPLE BEFORE ME.
DON'T BE FOOLED BY THE SPECIAL PROMOTION THEY HAVE, YOU WILL END UP PAYING MUCH MORE. BE CAREFUL WITH THE NEW MANAGER, STACY, SHE SEEMS LIKE A NICE LADY FIRST BUT SHE IS SIMPLY THE MOST EVIL PERSON I'VE EVER MET.

I'm the author of "Management Problems," which is the first review. They did the EXACT same thing to us. They tried to charge us for replacing the whole carpet. We went to court and won. Don't pay them! Please, people reading this, don't fall for it! Stand up for yourself! Read the Landlord and Tenant Act and know your rights!
