i couldn't agree more with people who wrote the reviews before me(NOT the ones who gave 5 star who i suspect aparment employees do that). two years ago, they lured me to sign the lease by giving free one month rent. i also read the review there are some horror stories about its behavior of ripping off tenant. But i said to myself maybe it's just other people, if i do the cleaning job thoroughly then won't create this kind of problem. WRONG!! three days in a row i was doing all cleaning, scrubbing, and vacuuming YEt they still overcharge me with ABSURD charges. the sink and dryer were really clean when i left. but they charged $10 to "wipe" the sinks and dryer that would only take about 1 or 2 minutes to do this at most. $32 for dripping pans and $90 administrative fees. it ended up i didn't get my deposit back. My overall experience with aberdeen was also bad, the bugs everywhere, rude and ignorant staff, noisy, one thing is good is responsive maintenance but they also left mess once the job done.
i talked to my lawyer and housing consuling, they told me they have had many problems with this swan management before. A nice looking apartment with bad management as they say.

The same thing happened to me and I'm taking them to small claims court!
