Apple Lane Apartments was taken over by Aberdeen's management this August. It felt like the ---- takeover of Austria as portrayed in films and documentaries. The real creepy thing was when they took over, without warning they expelled our on-site management and maintainance staff, tore down decorations, and began placing rude notices on our doors. I literally woke up one morning to this, not knowing where some of my favorite people had gone and afraid I'd never see them again. Of course they have begun the process of defrauding tenants out of hundreds of dollars with fake fees and fraudulent charges. They have also destroyed the premises by breaking security lights, cutting down trees and covering the complex in a -----color paint job. Don't go there! It was our home before the takeover, now it's a nightmare!
