I mentioned this to the manager and he apparently does not understand how the BBB works. He said, "We are not even members of the BBB" as if this makes Swan Management infallible. In fact it does just the opposite. In order to be a member of the BBB you have to have solid record of ethical business practices; therefore, if you have been in business for a number of years and are not a member, you look very bad in the court of public opinion.
