First of all, there is something to be said when the management/office staff is completely different within nine months of living at Aberdeen Apartments.

That something is: GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING BECAUSE THAT PERSON TELLING YOU THE INFO WILL NOT BE THERE WHEN YOU NEED TO "CASH IT IN"!!!!

Second of all, when my husband and I needed a little extra time at the end of our lease before we moved into our new place, could we pro-rate a week or two' NO.

The "best" they could do was a full month, and that month's rent would be an additional $150 dollars on top of what we already paid monthly.

I've learned to ALWAYS BE LEARY of an apartment that asks for a $400 deposit.

We now live in a luxury apartment and what was the deposit' oh that's right: $175.

And there's no mandatory admin.

fee or carpet cleaning fee.

They pick up the tab for that, as well as re-paint between each tenant.

Swan Management sucks, and their apartments are cheap anyways!
