I thought we were getting a great deal with 500 prorated off of a 7 month lease, but at the end of the 7 months our rent skyrocketed and we had to move. You are really far away from everything (sometimes a plus) but you have to drive way out of the way. We paid a 500 dollar deposit that we did not get back even though we cleaned EVERYTHING and the apartment was spotless when we left. MAKE SURE YOU GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING AND YOU UNDERSTAND THE WHOLE LEASE. They will try to take all the money they possibly can from you. Our apartment at Aberdeen South had a ton of bugs, was always really drafty and cold in the winter no matter how much we spent on the bill (which was really expensive because it's so poorly insulated) and in the fall there were so many wasps and bees on our deck they never tried to help us get rid of. They lie about how your apartment was when you moved in (always say there are more scratches on the walls and stains on the carpet that you didn't do). And the last thing, it's very family oriented and our neighbors were very extremely nosy. We never had any parties or people over and we were accused of being loud and noisy all the time because everyone around us went to bed at 8 at night with their 5 kids.

Yet another very similar story. They are crooks. Do not trust them.

City ordinance prohibits more than 2 people per bedroom living in one dwelling. In other words - since there are only 2 bedrooms at Aberdeen there can only be 4 people total living in one unit.
