The management is very RUDE.
Everytime i've dealt with someone i've felt disrespected and made to feel like an idiot.
They are lazy and slow with getting their grounds cleaned from weather.
The snow and ice lays around for days or weeks, and when they actually do shovel, it's the most pathetic excuse for shoveling.
The apartment layout is amazing and VERY appealing, however, the rent is WAY too high to be worth putting up with the incompetent staff.

I dont know who you all dealt with, but the staff I have talked to have all been nice. it is true about the snow removal though... and the "beautiful landscaping" leave a lot to be desired. We had a huge --- weed sticking out of the rocks by our front door, I thought it was a tomato plant at first... they need to re-do the rocks...
