I've been here for a few months now, and I think these apartments are great value for money. The apartment manager is efficient and friendly, as is the maintenance director (you do sometimes need to remind them to repair minor stuff though, but the major stuff they will deal with quickly).

The apartments are in a residential location, are clean, decorated and painted straight after a tenant vacates, and the management will not put up with any sort of nonsense or unacceptable noise from other tenants.

My only gripe is that I would prefer somewhere bigger and with washer/dryer hook-ups. Otherwise if you're on a budget and want somewhere friendly and safe, then I can highly recommend Apple Lane.
