This place is awful. I have had problems ever since I have moved in. First off the apartment smells like mold. I clean and clean my apartment and always have candles going, but can never get rid of the nasty smell. When I first moved in, my apartment was NOT cleaned before I moved in so I had to clean it myself and talk about disgusting. There was hair in the refigerator, cabinets had dust everywhere, hair, dust and food under the stove. Human fecies on the floor in the bathroom, bathtub has gross stains, walls are just spray painted so after about 3 months stains start showin up again, carpet was not well cleaned or for that matter not even cleaned at all. After about 3 or 4 months, stains start comming up through the carpet from the last person who lived there and of course the management will blame that on you so you won't get your deposit back. Apartment was so gross that I never walk barefoot, I always wear my flip flops. My boyfriend hates to come over there because of how small and gross these apartments are so were always having to go over to his place. Everytime it rains, water leaks in the bathroom causing a huge mess. The management seemed very nice at first and I was so excited, but the second they know they have you, they don't care about you. They never helped me out and everytime I go in personally to talk to them they are very rude and mean and they never help you. Walls are very thin so you can hear the person next to you always talking or hear their TV. If you hate spiders do not live here. I see atleast 1 or two a day. I was bit by a spider at the begining of the year. These apartments are not worth your money. You will be miserable the entire year and it's not even worth what I went through. I'm just waitin for my lease to come up so I can get the heck out of these apartments. I just want to warn you about this place because it's not fair for anyone to waist their money on Apple Lane apartments. I'm usually the person who never writes reviews, but this place is so bad that I don't want anyone to go through what I did. I agree 100% with everything that is said here. The management is awful and they are always making up excuses to enter your apartment. This place is a total dump! If you are thinking about living here seriously consider going somewhere else! I usually don't write reviews either but, I have had it with this place. I am actually considering contacting a lawyer about all the crap they have put me through here! DONT MOVE HERE!!
