I admit, these arpartments are older and for the amount that I was paying - I was not expecting brand new or anything. The apartment itself was okay, but the main problem is the A/C. Okay - I don't have to pay for it, it's included in the utilities. But I expeccted to at least work!!!! The system that runs it goes down all the time and I have only been here since August 4. It has probably goen down four or five times and that's in the last week and a half. I've called the office - and bless the management; they are trying to help - but they know nothing about maintanance. They have told me that the system is as old as the buildings which is almost forty years!!!! Yikes. Their "maintanence supervisor" is supposedly fixing it, but usually it goes down within the next day.

If you wish to have A/C all the time - don't look here.
