The apartments are on the larger size for the price that you pay. However, they vary quite a bit as far as quality goes. Mine was decent, but my neighbors had mold growing and old carpeting and tiles coming up in the kitchen. Also, you don't control the heat or air conditioning. So, expect to be buried under blankets until they decide its cold enough to turn the heat on. Also, I spent the better part of the summer living at a friends because the AC was broken for weeks at a time.

Oh, and the above apartments bathroom leaked into mine and took over a month to get fixed.
