I lived here for a year and moved because i wanted a bigger place and more up to date appliances. If you are wanting a small, nice, cute place, i thought this was a good buy. Its more like a studio than a one bedroom though( what they advertise it as).
I was under swan management at first and the maintenance problems could never seem to get fixed. as soon as it was switched to a new management ( A & C) things got fixed within days.

The neighbors were noisy at times and weekends were definitly party times. I was on the bottom unit and could hear pretty well what was going on upstairs.
walls were a little thin as well.
