I agree with the other reviewer; the location is a plus, since it's a quick walk to campus, but the actual living conditions were the worst I've had. Mostly, this was because the heating/air unit was all but useless. My bathroom was riddled with problems; the heat in the shower would go out after 10 minutes. So, if you are into being warm in the winter or cool in the summer, don't live here.
