Awful Apartment Complex

I lived at Berkeley Flats and Trailridge, and they were obviously owned by the same company. Berkeley Flats is an atrocity of an apartment complex. The other reviewers put it the best, please read their critiques. From noise, to bugs, to dimly lit walkways and appliances from the 1960s, this place was awful. The water heaters only held about 5 to 10 minutes of hot water for the shower, and the heater/ac unit was a wall unit that had absolutly no value in setting a temp in the apartment. There are many better places than this tripe in Lawrence.
