You'd be crazy to live here. . .

I lived at Berkeley for seven months. Why only seven months? Because after the microburst, the building was condemned due to structural damage. The microburst was probably the best thing that could have happened. This place is shady to the nth degree. The walls are paper thin, so you'll feel like you live with your neighbors. The apartments are beyond small. Don't expect to fit anything bigger than a twin bed in your room if you have any additional bedroom furniture. The craftsmanship is also beyond bad, as my cabinets were ridiculously uneven. It's also dirty, dirty, DIRTY. No matter what I did, the apartment never seemed clean. The close proximity to campus is nice, but not worth all of the rest of the crap you'll have to go through here.
