Years at this apartment: 2005-01-01 - 2006-01-01

Was promised a 9 month lease at the time I looked at the apartments, but was given a year lease---which wasn't noticed at the time of moving in. Was told that I would get my deposit back at the time I moved out, but it's been 4 months and several phone calls and still no money.
