Berkeley Flats is great. The manager and the maintenance man are nice and they get things done fast. No hidden fees. Everything was laid out for me when I toured and that is exactly what has happened. I have a one bedroom here and I love it. The apartment has a balcony space that faces the football stadium. I have free parking in the Berkeley Flats parking lot. I have a really short walk to KU and to Mass street. I get to have my dog and cat too! Its great. This sounds like someone that works at Berkeley Flats wrote this as an advertisement. It doesn't sound like something a real person would write.
