So Close to KU. Fun Atmosphere. I Look at The Football Stadium!

Berkeley Flats is great. The manager and the maintenance man are nice and they get things done fast. No hidden fees. Everything was laid out for me when I toured and that is exactly what has happened. I have a one bedroom here and I love it. The apartment has a balcony space that faces the football stadium. I have free parking in the Berkeley Flats parking lot. I have a really short walk to KU and to Mass street. I get to have my dog and cat too! Its great. I would definetely recommend it.

This sounds like someone that works at Berkeley Flats wrote this as an advertisement. It doesn't sound like something a real person would write.
