5 minute walk to class, close to downtown too. I like it.

I have a one bedroom apartment here and I have enjoyed it. I renewed again for next year because it is really close to KU and close to downtown Lawrence too. I don't have a car with me at school so it is super convenient for me. I moved in in August of last year and the management had the apartment very clean and freshly painted which was nice. The carpets were clean too. I like the staff here too, they are nice and they try hard to please the residents, I think anyways. The new property manager makes sure that the maintenance guy comes to the apartment promptly so I don't have to wait long for maintenance work to be done.

Its a nice place. I would recommend it for a lot of reasons. Who would not want to live across from the football stadium? It is awesome.
