Alright, I have lived in these apartments going on 2 years. The studios on 1123 block have adaquite sound proofing, and was never a bother when I would visit, if you are not on the top floor, prepare to hear people above you. If you live in the 1107 units, be prepared to hear people working outside, having windows that shake, and having a leaf blower blaring at 9am in the mornings, with the people above you stomping on the floor above you because they think it is you. Overall the management is good, sadly they never seem to stick around long, the longest stint I have seen from any member of managment is six months, and in the past year we have had four or five different apartment managers.

Parking is good, except on game days, be prepared for drunk people coming back from the game screaming about how their car was towed because it is a closed parking lot, and if you lease here, make sure that you have the current sticker and that it is VERY visible. The overall noise is quite minimal, I can hear chinese being spoken through the wall at nights. The grounds are intermittenly kept up well, and the safety of the complex is less than what was promised when I signed my lease, at 3AM you can hear all the drunks trying to find their way home checking to see if you door is unlocked because they think your apartment is theirs.

The construction is good in the main building, but in the 1107 Apartments there are no drawers in the kitchen area, limited counter space, limited outlets, no outlets in the bathroom, at least in the one I have been in. I would have to say overall I am question about renewing my lease at this complex, I am not getting the quality service that I am paying for.

Oh yeah, and the gas and water in the main complex (the main building) is metered for every four apartments. Set up your own electricity through Westar, TV/internet is only through AT&T and Sunflower, you are not allowed to use satalite dishes on the premises.
