I have a lower level apartment and I have found the utilities to be very cost efficient. Heating bills were never over $45 and I kept the heat at a comfortable 72 degrees. I dont really understand why we pay for water individually because there was no large appliances that use water, but it never cost very much for the water bill. I would estimate that utilities never went over $100 during the extreme heat of summer and cold of winter. I did notice a draft that would come in under the door in the winter, but by putting something over it, that was taken care of.
The management is very good. Any maintenance problems were fixed the same day or the next day. They were also very good about snow/ice removal. The sidewalks were always clear.
Its a little hard to find parking for friends because they cannot park in the parking lot, but there is plenty of street parking nearby. I just always hed to tell visitors to move thier cars if they parked in the wrong place.
