Everything the other users say is correct. If you're not a pet owner or party-thrower, there's probably not a better deal in Lawrence, especially for the price. It's true that utilities can get a bit costly (especially for the A/C), but if you can deal with that, you won't have any other complaints. Highly recommended, especially for students.
