Management is helpful whenever possible and doesn't try to screw with students. Laundry is on-site and very accessible.
The downstairs is a little small for two individuals, but perfect for a couple or single person.
Parking is the biggest problem. Guests have to try to park on Tennessee or 18th St, which can be a pain.
There are alot of rules, but if you can stand partying at your friends house instead, it's worth it.
