Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2006
 
I lived in Birchwood Gardens on 9th and TEnnessee for 5 years. THe management was fantastic and quick to fix any problems. The property was well maintained and kept.
My only complaint is that the walls are thin, so you do hear neighbors easily. But the other tenants were very kind and kept the levels at a minimum.
