Don't let the other comments fool you. They were all written on the same day by the same person. It's probably just the Landlord giving himself a reach-around. I've never lived there, but i drive by it all the time and it doesn't look too nice.

My thoughts exactly - just by looking at the outside of the building you can't tell how it would be to live in a certain place.

I just signed my lease for June and I happen to think it was VERY nice!! Whoever wrote this probably didn't get approved because of bad credit!
