This place has a negative reputation but I had few problems while I lived there. My apartment was never broken into and neither was my car; repairs were usually done quickly. They weren't very good about taking care of noise complaints though. I moved out because the noise was too much for me. They never responded to complaints about my neighbor's stereo and they did nothing to take care of the parties in the parking lot during the summer months.
