Horrible Management

I'm still living in these apartments but am getting out as soon as possible. The apartment my fiance and I were given looked much worse than the show one. After that everything went fine until our rent check bounced one month. I called to inform them of this early and get it taken care of, and I was told my late fees would be waived because our rent had been on time and good so far. A few days after I paid the bounced check fee and rent, I was told I owed $60. After calling and finding out the late fees were still up in the air, I asked for a return phone call. I got it in the form of the manager again asking for the $60. When I went in to sort it out, she admitted it was her fault I was told the wrong thing, but that I still owed. I asked her very calmly why I was paying if it was her fault I was mislead. She got beligerent with me and, after arguing, sarcastically said "Well why dont I just waive it all'" I then told her I would appreciate it because that's what I was told from the beginning and walked out. She refused to give me the number of their corporate offices, saying she'd already talked to them. Overall, its not worth the money you save to be hassled so much.
