I lived in building F from July 2004-2005. The apartments are decent condition, the kitchen is quite small and is part of the living room, and there is no dining room at all. Like someone else mentioned, there is no drawer for your silverware tray. We put ours up in the cupboard with the other dishes. Also there is carpet in the kitchen, even right flush with the oven. Bad idea. Might as well put carpet in the bathtub with that kind of logic. However, for the price you cannot find a cheaper decent 2 bedroom with 2 full private baths anywhere else in town that I am aware of.

Anyway, I moved out and left the aparment in better condition than we received it in. I paid the $400 deposit in my name (with my check). However, they took $300 from the deposit for cleaning (huh') and now will only cut a check in both mine and my roommates names, even though it was originally my deposit. We live on opposite ends of the country so not sure how we will cash this.

Just this one little trivial incident ruins the entire year's experience for me. Believe the other reviewers who have had problems with getting their deposits back as well, they are unfortunately very true. I am the most easy going person to rent to, and even I am pretty pissed off now, so do yourself a favor, spend a little more and go elsewhere.
