Awful roaches and crazy manager!

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005
Stayed here for a little over 2 years! It all started off nice .. the apartment was ok and the only problem was with the kitchen like others mention! kitchen in the living room is a little messy but manageable... but one fine day, the roaches started appearing.. no amount of pest control cud reduce them...
apart from this, its a big hassle getting them to agree to anything.. they wouldnt let us go for satellite tv.. some crazy deposit had to be paid insurance taken!
and the worst part comes when u r evacuating.. they will surely take 70% of your deposit no matter how clean u keep the apt or so it seemed ...
