We have had trouble with this management since the day we moved in! They gave us an early move-in date, but when we showed up the carpet was ripped up and there were men working on replacing the carpet. Then, when they finally let us in two days later, the place was a wreck! There was dirt all over from the re-carpeting and McDonald's trash in both bathtubs. AND - we were still charged for the days we weren't in the building!

They advertised free wireless internet, but then charged us saying that because we signed up early to get the "Early Bird Special" we had to pay for the internet. Not to mention, the internet connection is very poor and it only worked half of the time.

Then...the construction. They told us we could request a later date for the construction to begin and we tried (because of finals week). Construction workers showed up every day for a week saying they weren't told not to come and begin work. When they finally started working, the place was a wreck. There was dry-wall dust EVERYWHERE and plastic all over. The fridge was in the middle of our kitchen and we couldn't use any drawers or closets in that area. They got paint and dirt all over the carpet and frequently left the door unlocked and open when they weren't there. They even turned off the electricity and all of our food spoiled in our fridge. But did Campus Court help us out with that' NO! They made us call the contractor (who was very helpful.)

Campus Court just left us a notice that said they weren't going to reduce our rent because the construction wouldn't be an inconvenience!!! Yeah, right!!!

Now they are saying they didn't receive our paperwork which informed them we would NOT be renewing our lease. They are going to look for it, and if they can't find it they will "let us know" what they are going to do about it. WHAT!'!'!'

Obviously, if you move in here, you might not have the construction we did. However, you will still have the careless, rude management to deal with. STAY AWAY!!! This place will leave you feeling CHEATED!!!
