I lived in Campus Court when it was still Colony Woods and there was not the new problem of new management every couple of months. It was extremely cheap then and a lot crappier too though. The adding of free internet sucks because it is slow and pretty much all around worthless. For how much space you get and your own bathroom it was an okay place to live. I know others who live there now and it is a lot nicer on the inside of each apartment and the only complaint is the internet and somewhat slow response to maintenance with all the apartments being remodeled. Overall an okay place to live though with more space in each bedroom than most other apartments I have looked at in Lawrence. Even with all the other bad reviews of this place I never had a problem living there and to make it even better I got back $600 on a $300 deposit I put down.

thats good for you. but this review is dated. the place is campus court at naismith now and the management is absolute crap! so your post which was accurate when you wrote it should now be revised to a bad place to live. because the things you thought are nice... have turned into crap
