Campus Court at Naismith formerly Colony Woods Apartments

Ever since I moved in I have had to deal with broken promises from the new management. The majority of amenities promised still have yet to appear; Not to mention I was told the rate of $599 a month for a two bedroom I signed at would remain the same when I renew as long as I don't let my contract expire--apparently that was a lie. I wouldn't recommend leasing from this management.

This apartment is a joke. They will raise your rent to above $700 for 2 bedroom when you need to renew your lease. The only way to deal with it? move out.

I agree with it.Now they are increasing the rent to $775.Is'nt that crazy and on top of that they are forcing renovations on us.We are students and cant afford the inconvenience.I am moving out.The management sucks.
