I don't think it's a bad place to live. I looked around lawrence for almost 6 months before I signed a lease here. You can find cheaper places, but you always get you pay for- believe me I suffered for a year somewhere else. I'm not overly excited about the management but anywhere you go, you'll find issues. It doesn't mean they are bad at what they do-maybe they have rules to follow too. Be an adult about it. I've had issues with rent, spoke with them politely and guess what they were nice back. I haven't been able to use the new facilities much, but hope to in the future. I have tanned once and had no issues, I've worked out and had no issues, I have also printed a paper in the business center free of charge. I think overall this is a good place to live, I've heard stories about the remodel issues and believe every word of it, I can only imagine the issues they ran into-It was Colony Woods! I hesitated to move here because of the hearsay about what it used to be-criminal land- but I've had no bad experiences. I've felt safe. I haven't renewed my lease yet but I will, because if you go out and look at what is out there- for the location/ on the bus route you won't find anything better. And for the people who question if Management are the ones who post the good reviews(because it's anonymous) maybe not everyone wants their info blasted all over the place- this doesn't mean it's management- I would think they have bigger issues to deal with.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA You just proved you are one of the management by writing this line as no tenant will react like this.
