To all prospective tenants and even current ones: beware of the girl with dark curly hair and a nose ring who works in the office. She is the rudest, most impolite person I have ever met. I turned friends away from this place just because of her. You'll know her when you see her because when you walk in, she'll give you a hateful glare. Not a pleasant person at all. It's almost as if she wants to tick you off.

Having said that, the rest of the office staff is fine. While the complex has some problems, I sense that they're trying to make things better. I'm happy to say that my unit hasn't had any major problems yet.

yeah, I think I know who you're talking about. me and my boyfriend took a tour last week and she (I think her name is Amanda) acted like we were a nuisance for wanting to see a unit. we haven't made a final decision yet, but I don't think we're going to move here.

Yes i 100% agree. She and the main old hag are lying wenches. i signed a lease for august and already regret picking this apartment because of them. i havent even moved in yet! id get out of my lease if there werent huge fines and still some apartment space left in lawrence!
