I lived there for a year (I just moved out). It was a year from hell. First they said I could move in on the 31st since I didn't have anywhere for my stuff and they forgot they told me that and didn't have my place ready. They changed the apartment I would be in and had me move into an apartment that was not finished. The hardwood floor didn't even reach the wall, my walls were all different colors. They gave me my key at 6pm and left the office before making sure I could get in. I walked in to construction. The place was so gross! THe floors black and full of wood shavings and glass. THe bathroom molded and not finished. IT was ridiculous. I couldn't get them to finish the apartment at all so lived in the construction zone. They would never do maintence like I asked. And when I moved out they said they couldn't guarentee I would get my deposit pack since the floor was messed up and walls were unpainted (though it was like that because of them). I will be taking them to court. Also they quoted us with a different rent amount and raised it on us because they wouldn't let us sign our lease till we arrived to move in.
