It's laughable that they got rated in the top three apartments on the hill.

When I was shown Campus Court, not only were the girls in the office obnoxiously nice, but the apartments looked immaculate. As soon as I signed that lease, -----, the main woman in the office snapped into ----- mode. Excuse my language. There are a few things (a lot of a few things) that I tend to have a really big problem with here at Campus Court:

First off: The girls in the office have this attitude like they are so superior to everyone that lives in this complex. When you go to use the tanning booth that they promote so much to get people to live here, they all roll their eyes at you and sarcastically ask you how long you'd like to go tanning. If you are going to cop an attitude about it, don't bother offering it. The DVD selection is a joke and when you go in to look at their selection and don't end up renting anything because all of their DVDs suck, they give you a look like you better run for it. The "high-speed" internet that they like to say is so great is actually only 1.4 times faster than dial-up, or so says my speed test. That's on a good day or at about 4 in the morning when nobody is on the internet.Lastly, while I'm ranting about the crappy things that Campus Court has to offer, I might as well mention the gates. The gates were a large part of why I signed the lease. It took them 4 1/2 months after I moved in to even start working on the gates. And although SOMETIMES they are closed.. the farthest East gate is ALWAYS left open. Now, what in the HELL is the point in having gates' Thumbs up Campus Court.

Second off: Although the apartments look nice inside, don't be mislead. Almost everything has fallen apart. The mirror doors in both bedrooms are pieces of crap. They have fallen off the tracks multiple times. The flooring is always falling apart. I have a sink hole in the middle of my kitchen that was there the day I moved in and their only excuse was, "oh, it's because it was humid when we put in the wood floors." Well, fix it. Great management. My disposal broke about two weeks ago and when I called the office to have maintenance fix it, she (the ------------, ----------- ---------- at the front office) -------- told me it was just a button that I needed to fix. When I pushed it and it didn't work, she rudely told me she'd have someone come out and look at it. The door the hides the washer and dryer has given me trouble since the day I moved my stuff in. That thing is the biggest piece.

Third and lastly: The space. Although it looked like a decent amount of space when I was looking at it, it's not. When you have someone new over you might as well say something like, "hey! Welcome to my living room/dining room/kitchen/laundry room." Because literally all three rooms are meshed into one. If you're in one of the back apartments, have fun going over all 927492374 speed bumps before you reach your apartment. Just a side note: Don't live here. It SUCKS. All my neighbors are constantly bitching about what a crappy place this is. Don't bother looking at it. You could pay $965 to live somewhere where the women at the office are nice and you don't live in a cardboard box that always breaks down.
