Too much for too little

I have lived in a one bedroom apartment at Chase Court for a little over a year now.
Being a student at KU, I chose the complex because of its location and it is on the KU bus route.
The layout of the aparment is large and roomy.
However I have been pretty displeased with what I get for the money.
There is a big spider problem with the comlex, there are spiders all over the stairs.
The nights are loud, and although the police and security supposedly monitor the complex there still manages to be loud drunks in the parking lot every night and break-ins to the apartment.
Anytime there is a maint.
problem it takes weeks to get it actually fixed.
Furthermore if a time comes that the complex owes you money be ready to be on there heels everyday for about a month.
Yes Chase court is next to campus and on the bus route...
but drive down the street and you can find much more for your money!
